Is there a minimum time requirement for your rental agreements?

If you have short-term rental needs, we can help. Our minimum rental agreement is 2 months. Once your unit is rented, we can work with you on a month-to-month basis should you need more time beyond the minimum requirement. Our standard rental agreements are one-year and renew on a month-to-month basis.

What size storage units do you offer?

Our facility offers 199 standard units and 189 climate-controlled units. The standard units sizes are 5’x10′, 5’x15′, 10’x10′, 10’x15′, 10’x20′, 10’x25′, 10’x30′, 10’35’, 10’x40′. Our climate-controlled unit sizes are 5’x10′, 5’x15′, 10’x10′, 10’x15′, and 10’x20′.

What forms of payment do you accept? Can I automate my payment?

We have a convenient and secure online account system that accepts VISA, Mastercard, and ACH bank drafts. Once your unit is reserved with our site manager, you can login to your account to make a payment, set up your account for auto payment, view your payment history, or email the site manager.

How do I access my unit?

Once you have a rental agreement in place, you will be provided an access code allowing you to enter and exit through the security gate. All units are required to have locks, which we offer for sale in our office, or you can provide your own lock.

Is your facility secure from theft?

We take security seriously. To prevent theft, we have many measures in place including a security gate at the entrance, locks on units, and 24×7 video surveillance.
